In una ciotola, unisci lo yogurt greco, il miele, l'uovo, l'olio di cocco fuso e il lievito di birra. Mescola bene fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

In un'altra ciotola, setaccia la farina integrale e aggiungi il pizzico di sale. Incorpora il mix di yogurt nella farina, mescolando bene fino a formare un impasto morbido.

Trasferisci l'impasto su un piano infarinato e lavoralo delicatamente per circa 5-7 minuti, fino a renderlo liscio e omogeneo. Forma una palla e lasciala lievitare in un luogo caldo per circa 1 ora, coperta con un canovaccio.

Una volta lievitato, stendi l'impasto su un piano infarinato in un rettangolo di circa 30x20 cm. Cospargi il cioccolato fondente tritato uniformemente sull'impasto.

Arrotola l'impasto partendo da un lato lungo, formando un rotolo stretto. Taglialo in pezzi di circa 5 cm di lunghezza.

Disponi i pezzi su una teglia rivestita di carta forno, schiacciandoli leggermente con le dita.

Inforna in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per circa 20-25 minuti, o fino a quando sono dorati. Lascia raffreddare per 10 minuti prima di servire.
