Method

In una pentola capiente, unisci il petto di pollo, la cipolla, la carota e gli spicchi d'aglio. Aggiungi il brodo di pollo e porta a ebollizione, poi abbassa la fiamma e fai sobbollire per circa 25 minuti fino a cottura.

Estrai il pollo e lascialo raffreddare, poi filtra il brodo e scarta le verdure.

Frulla lo yogurt greco, il pane tostato e 200 ml di brodo di pollo fino ad ottenere una crema liscia.

In una padella capiente, scalda un filo d'olio e soffriggi la cipolla e l'aglio tritati fino a doratura.

Aggiungi il pollo sfilacciato e il aji amarillo, mescolando bene.

Versa la crema di pane e yogurt nella padella, cuocendo a fuoco medio e mescolando fino a riscaldare, aggiustando di brodo se necessario.

Aggiungi la curcuma e mescola bene, lasciando cuocere per altri 5 minuti.
