In una ciotola, unisci il petto di pollo macinato, la cipolla, l'aglio, rosmarino, origano, sale, pepe, cumino, paprika dolce e piccante. Mescola bene fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Rivesti una teglia con carta da forno e distribuisci uniformemente il composto di pollo, compattandolo bene.
