Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e prepara una teglia rivestita con carta da forno.

In una ciotola, unisci l'avena in fiocchi, la farina di cocco e le proteine in polvere.

In un pentolino, scalda a fuoco basso la crema di mandorle con lo sciroppo d'acero fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.
