In una ciotola, unisci le mandorle tritate con lo yogurt greco fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo. Stendi questa miscela su un foglio di carta forno, formando un rettangolo di circa 10x15 cm.

Cospargi uniformemente la superficie con le noci e i pistacchi tritati.

In un'altra ciotola, mescola la farina di cocco con l'eritritolo e aggiungi un po' d'acqua fino a ottenere una pastella densa. Ricopri le noci con questo composto e premi delicatamente.

Cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per 20 minuti, fino a doratura.
