In una padella capiente, scalda l'olio d'oliva e fai rosolare la cipolla tritata fino a renderla morbida, circa 5 minuti.

Aggiungi la carne macinata e cuoci fino a quando non è più rosa, mescolando di tanto in tanto.

Versa la passata di pomodoro nella padella, aggiungi l'origano, il sale, il pepe e la noce moscata. Mescola bene e lascia cuocere a fuoco basso per 10-15 minuti.

Nel frattempo, porta a ebollizione una pentola di acqua salata e cuoci la pasta integrale per circa 8 minuti. Scolala e risciacquala sotto acqua fredda per fermare la cottura.

In una ciotola, sbatti le uova insieme al latte scremato e al formaggio grattugiato.

In una teglia da forno, stendi metà della pasta, poi aggiungi il ripieno di carne. Copri con la restante pasta e versa sopra il composto di uova e latte, distribuendolo uniformemente.

Inforna a 180°C per 25-30 minuti, fino a quando la superficie è dorata. Fai riposare per 10 minuti prima di servire.
