In una pentola capiente, porta a ebollizione acqua salata e cuoci il riso integrale seguendo le istruzioni sulla confezione. Scola e metti da parte.

In una padella larga, scalda l'olio d'oliva a fuoco medio-alto e aggiungi il filetto di manzo. Rosola fino a ottenere una leggera doratura, quindi rimuovi e metti da parte.

Nella stessa padella, aggiungi la cipolla e l'aglio, e soffriggi fino a quando la cipolla diventa traslucida.
