In una ciotola, mescola lo yogurt greco con l'albume, l'eritritolo e l'estratto di vaniglia fino a ottenere una crema omogenea. Copri e lascia raffreddare per 10 minuti.

In un pentolino, porta a ebollizione l'acqua con il burro di cocco e un pizzico di sale. Aggiungi la farina di avena, mescola bene e lascia raffreddare per 5 minuti.
