Preriscalda il forno a 180°C.

Sciogli in microonde 15g di olio di cocco con 10g di sciroppo d'acero per circa 20 secondi.

In una ciotola, sciogli 1g di bicarbonato in 15ml di acqua calda e aggiungi al composto di olio e sciroppo.
