Riscalda il forno a 175°C e rivesti una placca con carta forno.

In una ciotola, mescola farina di mandorle, proteine in polvere, bicarbonato e sale.

In un'altra ciotola, sbatti l'uovo con il miele e la vaniglia fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.
