Cuocere i broccoli in acqua salata per circa 5 minuti, finché non sono teneri, poi scolarli e lasciarli raffreddare.

In una ciotola, schiacciare i broccoli con una forchetta e unire la ricotta, l'uovo, la farina d'avena, il parmigiano, il pepe, il sale e la noce moscata. Mescolare fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Rivestire una teglia con carta da forno e formare dei piccoli bocconcini con il composto, sistemandoli sulla teglia.

Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 200°C per circa 15 minuti, fino a doratura.
