In una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto, rosola 120g di macinato di manzo e 40g di salsiccia italiana sgrassata, sminuzzando con il cucchiaio fino a cottura completa, quindi scola i grassi in eccesso.

Aggiungi 150g di polpa di pomodoro passata, 100g di pomodori pelati, 30g di cipolla rossa, 25g di sedano e 40g di peperone rosso finemente tritati; mescola e cuoci per 2 minuti.

Condisci con 1 dado di brodo di manzo sgretolato, 15ml di birra leggera, 1 cucchiaio di salsa Worcestershire, 2g di aglio fresco minuzzato, 1g di peperoncino fresco e tutti gli aromi: 1g di origano secco, 0,5g di cumino, mezzo pizzico di paprica dolce, un quarto di pizzico di cayenna e un quarto di pizzico di basilico secco.

Copri e cuoci a fuoco bassissimo per 12-15 minuti, mescolando occasionalmente per far amalgamare i sapori.

Assaggia e correggi di sale e pepe nero macinato fresco.

Versa in ciotola, irrorya con 10g di formaggio cheddar grattugiato e 5g di semi di girasole tostati come croccantezza, servendo subito.
