Mantiene la forma e il procedimento tradizionale ma riduce drasticamente i carboidrati netti a 14g e aumenta le proteine a 30g per porzione.

Method

Miscelare farina di mandorle, acqua, eritritolo, lievito, sale e yogurt greco in una ciotola, impastare per 3-4 minuti fino a ottenere un impasto compatto. Avvolgere in pellicola e riposare 15 minuti.

Stendere l'impasto e formare un cordoncino, annodare dando la forma di bretzel. Posizionare su carta forno e coprire con pellicola.

Lievitare 60 minuti fino al raddoppio.

Portare ad ebollizione acqua con bicarbonato, immergere il bretzel per 30 secondi, scolare bene.

Cuocere in forno a 200°C per 15 minuti fino a doratura. Raffreddare e servire.
