In una ciotola, mescola 40g di ricotta light con 5g di miele, 8g di prezzemolo tritato, sale e pepe fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Taglia mezza foglia di pasta fillo in una striscia di circa 7cm di larghezza.
