Method

In una casseruola, unisci il latte condensato light, il cacao amaro e il burro di mandorle. Mescola bene fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Porta il mix a ebollizione a fuoco medio, poi riduci la fiamma e cuoci a fuoco lento, mescolando costantemente, per circa 10 minuti, finché il composto non si addensa e si stacca dai lati della pentola.

Togli dal fuoco e aggiungi l'estratto di vaniglia. Mescola bene e lascia raffreddare a temperatura ambiente per circa 30 minuti.

Una volta raffreddato, ungiti le mani con un po' di burro di mandorle e prendi piccole porzioni di composto, formando delle palline.

Rotola le palline nel cocco grattugiato per decorarle e sistemale su un piatto.
