Preriscaldare il forno a 175°C. In una ciotola mescolare il burro chiarificato con l'eritritolo fino a ottenere un composto cremoso.

Aggiungere l'uovo intero, il tahini (25g), l'estratto di vaniglia e mescolare bene.

In un'altra ciotola, setacciare insieme la farina di mandorle, il cacao amaro e l'isolato proteico; unire gradualmente al composto mantecato.

Versare l'impasto in uno stampo monoporzione (7x7 cm) rivestito di carta forno, distribuire uniformemente il tahini residuo sulla superficie creando motivi con uno stecchino.

Cospargere la halva sbriciolata e infornare per 14-16 minuti fino a quando uno stecchino inserito nel centro esce umido ma senza colla cruda.
