In un pentolino, scalda il latte di cocco e il latte scremato a fuoco medio, mescolando frequentemente fino a quando non inizia a scaldarsi, senza farlo bollire.

In una ciotola capiente, sbatti le uova insieme al dolcificante, all'essenza di vaniglia e al pizzico di sale fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.
