Togli gli anacardi dal frigorifero 30 minuti prima e immergi brevemente in acqua tiepida per facilitare la frullatura.

Versa gli anacardi nel frullatore insieme al latte di mandorla, alle proteine in polvere, all'extract di vaniglia, alla cannella e al sale.

Frulla a velocità alta per 2-3 minuti fino a ottenere una crema liscia e densa.

Aggiungi i semi di chia e mescola brevemente con un cucchiaio fino a distribuirli uniformemente.
