Lessare il bulgur integrale in acqua salata bollente per 12 minuti fino a cottura, quindi scolare e raffreddare sotto acqua fredda.

Nel frattempo, lavare e tagliare i peperoni rossi in quadretti, le zucchine in dadini piccoli e il sedano in fettine sottili.
