Rosola il manzo macinato in padella antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto per 4-5 minuti fino a cottura, senza grassi aggiunti; trasferisci in un piatto.

Nella stessa padella, cuoci il cavolfiore tritato con broccoli freschi per 3 minuti, aggiungi il manzo cotto e mescola.

Togli dal fuoco, incorpora mezza tazza di salsa messicana, 30g di cheddar grattugiato e condisci con spezie messicane (cumino, paprica).

Stendi la wrap proteica, ripieni con il composto (circa 120g), arrotola stretta.

Adagia il burrito in una piccola teglia, copri con un filo di salsa residua e 10g di cheddar, cuoci al forno a 180°C per 10 minuti.
