Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e prepara una piccola tortiera (Ø 12 cm) rivestita con carta da forno.

In una ciotola, sbatti l'uovo con l'eritritolo e un pizzico di sale fino a ottenere un composto spumoso.

Aggiungi la farina di avena e mescola delicatamente fino ad amalgamare.
