Preriscalda il forno a 180°C.

In una ciotola, unisci il petto di pollo macinato, i fiocchi d'avena, l'uovo, il prezzemolo, la cipolla grattugiata, la salsa di soia e l'aglio in polvere. Mescola bene fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.
