Separa l'uovo: metti l'albume in una ciotola pulita e asciutta, il tuorlo in un'altra con la ricotta.

Versa nella ciotola con tuorlo e ricotta il cacao amaro, il miele, la vaniglia e lo sciroppo d'acero; mescola con una frusta fino a ottenere una crema liscia e omogenea.
