In un pentolino, unisci il latte di mandorla, le carote grattugiate, l'uvetta, la cannella e lo zenzero. Porta a ebollizione e poi abbassa la fiamma, lasciando sobbollire per circa 10 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto.
