Method

Inizia sciacquando le lenticchie sotto acqua corrente e mettile in una pentola con abbondante acqua. Porta a ebollizione e cuoci per circa 20-25 minuti, finché non sono tenere.

Nel frattempo, in una padella antiaderente, scalda l'olio extravergine d'oliva a fuoco medio. Aggiungi la cipolla tritata e cuoci fino a quando non diventa traslucida, ci vorranno circa 5 minuti.

Unisci l'aglio schiacciato e cuoci per un altro minuto, quindi aggiungi le carote tagliate a rondelle e mescola bene.
