In una casseruola, scaldare l'olio extravergine d'oliva e aggiungere l'aglio schiacciato, facendolo dorare leggermente.

Aggiungere il petto di pollo tagliato a cubetti e rosolarlo fino a doratura, per circa 5-6 minuti.

Unire le carote e il sedano e continuare a cuocere per 4-5 minuti.
