In un mixer, unire le noci pecan tritate, il Parmigiano e l'olio d'oliva, frullare fino a ottenere un composto sabbioso.

Compattare il composto in uno stampo monoporzione (Ø 8 cm) e riporre in frigorifero per 15 minuti.
