Preriscalda il forno a 190°C. Porta a ebollizione una pentola d'acqua e sbollenta i broccoli per 5 minuti, poi scolali e mettili da parte.

In una padella, scalda l'olio extravergine d'oliva e aggiungi la cipolla tritata; cuoci a fuoco medio fino a che non diventa traslucida, circa 4-5 minuti.
