Method

In una ciotola, sciogli il lievito nell'acqua tiepida e aggiungi il miele, mescolando bene.

In un'altra ciotola, unisci la farina integrale e il pizzico di sale. Aggiungi il composto di lievito e lo yogurt greco, impastando fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Aggiungi il burro light a temperatura ambiente e continua a impastare fino a che non risulta liscio ed elastico.

Forma una palla e riponila in una ciotola, coprendo con un canovaccio, e lascia lievitare in un luogo caldo per circa 1 ora, o fino al raddoppio.

Trasferisci l'impasto su una superficie infarinata, stendilo in un rettangolo di circa 1 cm di spessore.

Piegalo in tre parti, come una lettera, e avvolgilo nella pellicola trasparente. Metti in frigorifero per 30 minuti.

Ripeti il processo di stesura e piegatura per altre 2 volte, sempre refrigerando l'impasto per 30 minuti tra una piega e l'altra.

Una volta completate le pieghe, stendi l'impasto in un rettangolo sottile e ritaglia dei triangoli.

Arrotola ogni triangolo partendo dalla base verso la punta e disponili su una teglia rivestita di carta da forno.

Spennella con l'uovo sbattuto e lascia lievitare per 20 minuti prima di infornare.

Cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per circa 25 minuti, fino a doratura.
