In un mixer, unisci i gamberi, l'acqua di cocco, i cipollotti tritati, il coriandolo, l'aglio, lo zenzero, l'olio di sesamo, la salsa di soia e l'albume. Frulla fino a ottenere una consistenza cremosa.
