Cuoci il riso integrale in abbondante acqua salata, seguendo le istruzioni sulla confezione. Scola e metti da parte.

In una padella ampia, scalda l'olio d'oliva a fuoco medio e aggiungi la cipolla tritata. Cuoci per circa 2 minuti, finché non diventa trasparente.

Aggiungi il pollo a cubetti e cuoci fino a doratura, circa 5-7 minuti. Condisci con sale e pepe.
