In una ciotola grande, unisci il pollo macinato, il cavolo, le bietole, i germogli di bambù, i cipollotti, il bok choy, la salsa di soia, l'olio di sesamo, l'aglio, lo zenzero, l'eritritolo, il pepe nero e mescola bene.

Copri la ciotola e lascia marinare in frigorifero per almeno 30 minuti.
