Mondare la cipolla, tagliarla in quattro spicchi e affettarla sottilmente a mano o con il coltello, cercando di mantenere i pezzi uniformi.

Scaldare l'olio in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio: quando fumette leggermente, aggiungere le cipolle.
