Method

In una ciotola, unisci le farine e il lievito. Aggiungi l'acqua e il miele, quindi mescola fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Aggiungi il sale e l'olio, impasta per circa 10 minuti fino a ottenere un composto elastico.

Forma una palla e mettila in una ciotola leggermente unta, coprila con un canovaccio e lascia lievitare in un luogo caldo per circa 1 ora.

Trascorso il tempo di lievitazione, trasferisci l'impasto su un piano di lavoro infarinato e stendilo con un mattarello fino a formare un rettangolo.

Piegare i lati del rettangolo verso il centro e arrotolare l'impasto dal basso verso l'alto, creando un rotolo.

Adagia il rotolo su una teglia rivestita di carta da forno, coprilo e lascialo lievitare per altri 30 minuti.

Preriscalda il forno a 220°C. Spennella la superficie del cornetto con un po' d'acqua e cospargi i semi di sesamo.
