Inizia sciogliendo il lievito di birra secco in acqua tiepida e lascia riposare per 5 minuti.

In una ciotola, unisci la farina di avena, le proteine in polvere, il burro di mandorle e il sale, quindi incorpora il lievito. Impasta fino a ottenere un composto liscio e omogeneo.

Copri l'impasto con un canovaccio e lascialo lievitare in un luogo caldo per 30 minuti.
