In una padella antiaderente, scaldare l'olio e rosolare il pollo con l'aglio, la paprika e la curcuma per circa 5 minuti fino a doratura.

Aggiungere la zucchina, la carota e il peperone tagliati a dadini, continuando a cuocere per altri 5 minuti fino a quando le verdure sono tenere.
