Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e rivesti una teglia quadrata di 20 cm con carta da forno.

In una ciotola, mescola la farina di avena, l'olio di cocco fuso e l'eritritolo fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Versa il composto nella teglia e pressalo bene sul fondo. Cuoci in forno per 15-18 minuti fino a doratura.

In una ciotola, sbatti le uova con l'amido di mais e la scorza d'arancia. Aggiungi la purea di mirtilli e mescola bene.
