In un pentolino, scalda il latte scremato a fuoco medio fino a quando inizia a vaporare leggermente, senza bollire.

In una ciotola, sbatti l'uovo intero con il tuorlo e il miele fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo e leggermente schiumoso.

Mescola l'amido di mais e le proteine in polvere, poi aggiungili al composto di uova mescolando bene per evitare grumi.
