Pulire e asciugare bene il cavolfiore, dividendolo in piccoli cimetti. Tagliare il tofu a cubetti da 2cm.

In una ciotola, condire il cavolfiore e il tofu con l'olio extravergine di oliva, sale, pepe, paprika affumicata, aglio in polvere e origano. Mescolare delicatamente per distribuire i condimenti.

Disporre il composto su una griglia rivestita di carta forno e cuocere in forno pre riscaldato a 200°C per 20 minuti, girando a metà cottura per ottenere una doratura uniforme.
