Method

In una padella antiaderente, scaldare un cucchiaio di olio d'oliva a fuoco medio. Aggiungere la cipolla e l'aglio, soffriggendo fino a doratura. Aggiungere il pollo macinato e cuocere finché non è completamente cotto, mescolando di tanto in tanto.

Unire gli spinaci freschi e cuocere finché non appassiscono. Togliere dal fuoco e lasciare raffreddare.

In una ciotola, unire il composto di pollo e spinaci con l'uovo, la farina di avena, la paprika, il pepe e il sale. Mescolare bene fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Formare delle crocchette della dimensione desiderata, quindi passarle nel pangrattato integrale per rivestirle.

Disporre le crocchette su una teglia rivestita di carta da forno e cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 200°C per circa 20 minuti, girandole a metà cottura fino a doratura.
