Method

In una ciotola, mescolare la farina integrale e i fiocchi d'avena con un pizzico di sale. Aggiungere l'uovo e la ricotta light, quindi amalgamare fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Stendere l'impasto su un foglio di carta forno fino a ottenere uno spessore di circa 5 mm, quindi trasferirlo in una teglia da crostata (Ø18cm) e bucherellare il fondo con una forchetta.

Cuocere la base in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per 10 minuti.

Nel frattempo, tagliare la pera a fette sottili e mescolare in una ciotola la ricotta rimanente con l'eritritolo fino a ottenere un composto cremoso.

Distribuire le fette di pera uniformemente sulla base precotta e versare il composto di ricotta sopra le pere.

Cuocere nuovamente in forno per altri 15 minuti a 180°C, finché il ripieno non si sarà rassodato.

Lasciare raffreddare per qualche minuto prima di servire.
