Tostare le fette di pane integrale in forno a 180°C per 5-6 minuti fino a renderle croccanti, poi metterle da parte.

In una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto, rosolare la pancetta a dadini per 3-4 minuti fino a renderla croccante; trasferire su un piatto con carta assorbente.

Nella stessa padella aggiungere la cipolla tritata e l'aglio minuzzato, rosolare per 2-3 minuti fino a ammorbidimento, versando un cucchiaio d'olio.

Aggiungere i pezzetti di mela e l'aceto di mele, cuocere a fuoco medio per 8-10 minuti, mescolando occasionalmente, fino a che le mele non si ammorbidiscono ma mantengono pezzi riconoscibili.
