Method

In una ciotola, scaldare 35 ml di acqua tiepida e sciogliervi 3 g di lievito di birra secco, lasciare riposare per 5 minuti.

Aggiungere 30 g di farina di avena, 15 g di proteine in polvere e 1 g di sale. Incorporare anche 5 ml di olio extravergine di oliva.

Impastare fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo, quindi formare una palla e lasciare lievitare in un luogo caldo per circa 30 minuti.

Dopo la lievitazione, dividere l'impasto in 3 cordoncini e intrecciarli formando un cuore su una teglia rivestita di carta forno.

Spolverare con 1 g di semi di sesamo e cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per circa 20 minuti, fino a doratura.

Lasciare raffreddare su una griglia prima di servire.
