Inizia risciacquando le lenticchie rosse e gialle sotto acqua corrente. Metti le lenticchie in una pentola con 200ml di acqua, aggiungi il sale e la curcuma. Porta a ebollizione e cuoci a fuoco medio per circa 25-30 minuti, fino a quando le lenticchie sono morbide e cremosi.

In una padella, scalda l'olio EVO e aggiungi i semi di cumino. Quando iniziano a crepitare, unisci la cipolla rossa affettata e il peperoncino verde tritato. Soffriggi per 5-6 minuti fino a quando la cipolla è morbida.

Aggiungi lo zenzero grattugiato e cuoci per un altro minuto.

Unisci il soffritto di cipolla alle lenticchie cotte e mescola bene. Aggiungi le proteine in polvere e il coriandolo fresco tritato, insieme al peperoncino di Cayenna. Mescola bene e lascia sobbollire per 3 minuti.

Togli dal fuoco e aggiungi il succo di limone. Mescola bene e servi caldo, guarnito con un po' di coriandolo fresco.
