In una ciotola, unisci la farina di mandorle, lo yogurt greco, l'acqua e il sale, mescolando fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo. Riponi in frigorifero per 15 minuti.

In un'altra ciotola, mescola la salsiccia di pollo sgrassata con lo stracchino light.

Stendi l'impasto tra due fogli di carta forno fino a raggiungere uno spessore di 0,5 cm. Ritaglia un quadrato di 8x8 cm e pratica due tagli a L agli angoli opposti.

Intreccia i bordi tagliati per formare un bel decoro.

Posiziona l'impasto su una teglia rivestita di carta forno, farcisci con un cucchiaino di ripieno e cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per 12 minuti.
