Preriscalda il forno a 180°C.

Stendi 40g di yogurt greco 0% in una piccola teglia monoporzione (15x10 cm) creando uno strato uniforme.

In una padella, cuoci a fuoco medio-alto 100g di petto di pollo macinato, mescolando per 5-6 minuti fino a doratura.

Aggiungi 70ml di brodo vegetale e 5g di spezie taco, mescola e lascia ridurre il liquido per 2-3 minuti.

Distribuisci la carne di pollo sulla base di yogurt, poi copri con 50g di salsa di pomodoro senza zuccheri aggiunti e 30g di formaggio magro grattugiato.

Inforna per 12-15 minuti fino a quando il formaggio è fuso e leggermente dorato.
