Method

Inizia cuocendo 80g di riso jasmine in acqua leggermente salata seguendo le istruzioni sulla confezione. Una volta pronto, scolalo e lascialo raffreddare.

In una pentola antiaderente, scalda 100ml di latte di mandorle senza zucchero e unisci il riso cotto. Mescola bene per unire i sapori.

Aggiungi 15g di yogurt greco 0%, 10g di eritritolo e un pizzico di estratto di vaniglia. Mescola e continua a cuocere a fuoco medio per circa 5 minuti.

Quando il composto è ben amalgamato, togli dal fuoco e aggiungi 30g di proteine in polvere gusto mango, mescolando fino a ottenere una consistenza omogenea.

Trasferisci il dolce in una ciotola e decora con 80g di mango fresco a cubetti e una spolverata di cannella.
