Method

Preriscalda una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio e aggiungi l'olio d'oliva.

Condisci i petti d'anatra con sale e pepe, quindi cuocili nella padella, con il lato della carne rivolto verso il basso, per circa 5-7 minuti, finché non diventano dorati.

Gira i petti e cuoci per altri 5-6 minuti, fino a raggiungere una temperatura interna di 60°C. Rimuovi dalla padella e lascia riposare.

Nella stessa padella, versa il brodo di pollo, il succo d'arancia, l'aceto di mele, la scorza d'arancia, il miele e il pepe di Cayenna. Porta a ebollizione e cuoci per 3-5 minuti, finché la salsa non si addensa.

Affetta i petti d'anatra e disponili su un piatto, versando sopra la salsa all'arancia.
