In una ciotola, sciogli il lievito e il miele nell'acqua tiepida e lascia riposare per circa 10 minuti finché non diventa schiumoso.

Aggiungi la farina integrale e il sale, quindi mescola fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Aggiungi l'olio d'oliva e continua a lavorare l'impasto su una superficie infarinata per circa 5-7 minuti, finché non diventa elastico.
