In una padella antiaderente, tostare leggermente le mandorle tritate a fuoco medio per circa 2 minuti e mettere da parte.

In un pentolino, unire il burro di arachidi con l'eritritolo e lo sciroppo d'acero, cuocere a fuoco basso per 3 minuti fino a ottenere una consistenza caramellata.
